
*The YMCA has provided child care services to over 321 local families through the YMCA Child Care Program, After-School Program and the Summer Day Camp Program in 2007.
*The YMCA has offered Financial Assistance to over 230 adults, families or groups to allow use of the YMCA facility and/or programs. In total, the YMCA has granted over $28,000 in Financial Assistance during the 2007-year. Assistance was provided for memberships, programs, child care and groups.
*The YMCA has provided athletic programs to over 2,100 local youth and adults in such programs as gymnastics, climbing wall, soccer, tee ball, basketball, volleyball, badminton and instructional activities.
*The YMCA has allowed over 13,000 visits from local youth, adults and seniors to receive Aquatic Programs such as fitness instruction, swim lessons, Scuba instruction, stroke technique swim classes or participated on our YMCA Swim Team.
These are just some of activities and services offered at the YMCA that has a direct impact on local residents. We believe that the upcoming 2008 year will be filled with similar, yet increased, services to our members and guests.

The winter temperatures are here and the YMCA facility is becoming a very busy place. We hope that you are your families have enjoyed the fall months and are making plans for the upcoming holiday season and New Year.
As with the 2006 year, many changes were seen at the YMCA in 2007. Locker rooms were renovated, more partnerships with community agencies were created and the YMCA was visited more than an impressive 60,000 times by local members and guests.
