GYMNASTICS and TUMBLING
Tot Tumbling - For boys and girls ages 3-5, our Tot Tumbling program is offered as a precursor to Progressive Gymnastics. Parent involvement is welcomed but not required. General motor skills as well as basic tumbling skills and use of equipment are taught to enhance coordination and balance. Offered on a seasonal basis.
Progressive Gymnastics -For boys and girls ages 6 and up, our Progressive Gymnastics program coaches children through three levels of ability with progressively advanced skills and use of equipment. Our Progressive program is a feeder program for gymnasts that wish to join our competitive gymnastics team. Offered on a seasonal basis.
Gymnastics Summer Camp- June 19th-22nd.
Y youth sports programs promote healthy kids, families, and communities by placing priority on family involvement, healthy competition, the value of participation over winning, and team building. Parents are encouraged to be more than mere spectators by contributing their time as volunteer coaches and team parents as well as being their kid's number one fan. Team youth sports and sports clinics are offered on a seasonal basis.

Injury Prevention Program- Are you ready to take your game to the next level? Come join us in our new Injury Prevention Program with the owner of Sport and Spine Chiropractic Rehab, Dr. Jason Madigan. Jason specializes in working with athletes on their performance in their sport. His training is designed to teach athletes how to properly treat the body to prevent sport related injuries. ADULT SPORTS LEAGUES
With an emphasis on teamwork and cooperation, the YMCA offers recreational and league sports for men and women who want to have fun in the camaraderie of others while getting an excellent workout. Leagues are offered on a seasonal basis.
Volleyball Leagues - We offer men's, women's, and co-ed volleyball leagues during our fall session and our winter/spring session.
Adult Volleyball Summer League- June 6th-August 11th.
